President with 35+ years’ experience in the technical domain. He was the General Chairman of the IEEE International Radar Conference held in Washington DC. At ITT Defense he was responsible for the Gilfillan Radar Division's Business Development for long range air defense radars, coastal surveillance radars, and Air Traffic Control Radars. While at GE Aerospace, he was responsible for Business Development of ground based and airborne radars. He led the Center of Excellence for Network Centric Warfare at Drexel University. He served in leadership at Blue Chip Companies including Gould Defense Electronics, ITT Defense Electronics, GEC-Marconi C4I Systems, General Electric's Aerospace Group. He was staff on the Senate Armed Services Committee. His career has spanned classified military space, remote sensing and C4ISR.
Opintel Chief who is a former naval intelligence officer and maritime anti-terrorism intelligence chief with 25+ years’ experience in the maritime domain. Dennis also served onboard US Navy combatants in the Pacific and Atlantic fleets and worked with the intelligence and acquisition community on C4ISR systems operations and integration. Dennis served in the US Navy for two decades, acted as intelligence chief for the SeaHawk Maritime Task Force and Savannah River National Lab as an operational national security trainer.
Eric Thornton is a Chief Technology Officer with 30 years' experience in leading Data Science teams and delivering clear and simple solutions to complex data management challenges; including rescuing at-risk projects for some of the world’s largest companies Merck, Citigroup, Bridgewater Associates, and LexisNexis. His approach combines mathematics with management consulting expertise, decades as an educator and a mastery of data engineering and machine learning. He holds a BS from Temple University in Computer Science and an MS from Centenary College in Instructional Leadership
Tony is a strategic business development executive with 30+ years of Federal government expertise. He was among the early Federal employees at the newly created Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Tony led complex $500M and large scope projects throughout the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) including the US Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, the Science and Technology Directorate, Office of the National Capital Region Coordination, Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Administration, and the Domestic Nuclear Defense Office, leveraging insight into federal acquisition practices. Tony is a retired United States Marine Corps Veteran and a carrier qualified Naval Aviator. He has an M.S. in Systems Science and Operations Research from USC, California.
Tom has 20+ years’ of experience in designing, developing, and transitioning advanced decision support and training applications to the Department of Defense to support the warfighter. He has developed sophisticated software applications for clients across all branches of the Department of Defense, DARPA, NASA, NSF, and NIH as well as universities and industry. He is a widely cited author with over 70 publications including journals, book-chapters, and presentations. His research and development interests include applying Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to support the warfighter as well as applying cognitive engineering techniques to develop decision-support capabilities that provide key accelerators of the decision-to-action cycle at the center of intelligence analysis. He holds a B.S in Liberal Studies from Neumann University.
John served for 20+ years as a Special Agent in the United States Secret Service (USSS) on both the Counter Assault /Anti-Terrorism Unit (CAT) and the Presidential Protective Detail, and a variety of other assignments. John also has significant maritime experience as an intelligence consultant and with the Department of Justice for six years as the Planning and Operations Chief and the Preventive Radiologic and Nuclear Detection (PRND) Deputy Chief for the Seahawk Anti-Terrorism Task Force. He holds a top secret security clearance and is focused on asymmetric threats from the maritime domain.
Jorge is a Junior Data Scientist responsible for handling performance optimization of multi-terabyte geospatial queries. He has extensive experience with data architecture and management to develop and scale SQL databases. His work also involves the configuration of servers and processes that automate tasks to improve reliability and cut down on development time. Jorge holds a BS in Mathematics from Florida State University, and MS in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University.
John is a full stack web solution developer able to persist data from any resource to interact with server-side application code and persist data to the latest front-end web solution frameworks utilizing HTML, Javascript and CSS. John has worked for small start-up organizations and large commercial entities with hundreds of thousands of employees internationally. Utilizing his computer information systems degree from John Carroll University, John is able to persist crucial business information using multiple devices ranging from mobile units, remote clients/servers, and virtual machines alike. John is capable of taking any business process idea and make it into a fully supported web solution as standalone web applications or as hosted application programming interfaces.
Mark has 20+ years of experience in GIS design, security, and implementation with expertise in sustaining and supporting high volume mission-critical 24/7 GIS production environments. Mark has extensive experience with ESRI and supported SeaHawk Maritime Task Force, Charleston post 9/11. Recognized in 2019 with the US Coast Guard Certificate of Merit for the development of a web-based AIS GIS system utilized in USCG and Interagency operations.
Shan is a Data Scientist with focus in neural networks and machine learning. He has experience implementing advanced mathematical techniques for computation, and has worked across disciplines, from engineering to physical oceanography. His work includes tidal harmonics at NOAA, with lead authorship in its technical report. Shan holds a BS in Mathematics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and MS in Environmental Science from Bethune- Cookman University.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I graduated with my BS degree in Aerospace and Occupational Safety from Embry-Riddle in 2019. I’ve previously interned with Delta Air Lines and Textron Systems working in aviation safety. I have three years of experience with Python, two years of experience with SQL, and under a year for R and Javascript. My career ambition is working as a data scientist in either the aviation or tech industries. I also hold a private pilot certificate and plan on obtaining my instrument rating in the next year.

She also leads all relationship management efforts with our data suppliers and technology partners such as IHS Markit, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd, L3HARRIS etc.

His prior experience included business development for large prime contractors such as CAE and Lockheed Martin. He served in the Singapore Armed Forces. Maj (Ret) HWA has generated substantial interest in our ISR-PED offerings and remote sensing via his South East Asian relationships and presence.
